		<description>This is True. On the Club side of things. Parents expectations are way too high because they are &quot;paying&quot; for something. They don&#039;t understand that they are paying for a &quot;teaching &amp; coaching&quot; service (to enhance that portfolio) and they are not paying for &quot;playing time&quot;. The understanding is key for better communication.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As a club coach, I have constantly been badgered by parent about playing time. Even when they know that it is not guaranteed. I also stated that their child has not come up to me to ask what they can improve upon or do to improve, so they can increase that playing time.</description>
